WHAT ARE THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE EXPERIENCE?
The FRIENDS™ Experience will be arriving at Lakewood Center on June 23rd! Tickets will be on sale starting May 25th. Operating hours can be found HERE.
WHERE IS THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE LOCATED?
The experience is located at Lakewood Center, 4661 Silva St, Lakewood, CA 90712.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even the iconic orange couch! Oh. My. Gawd! Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets are available HERE . A limited amount of standby tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Standard tickets start at just $30.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET? ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match at least one member of your party, and photo ID is required for verification. Fake IDs aren't accepted—we're looking at you, "Regina Phalange!"
If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Fill out this CONTACT FORM.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
Limited standby tickets are available at the door. Guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. Tickets purchased at the door will be priced at the regular peak ticket price level and include an additional fee. Children, student, military, and senior citizen tickets are not available for purchase at the door.
Come early in the morning or later in the evening for the best chance of securing standby tickets.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THIS EXPERIENCE?
All ages are welcome. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children 3 and younger don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR THE WRONG DATE OR TIME?
Tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Fill out this contact form or visit the Help section of the Fever app for assistance.

Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions about your purchase please email customerservice@friendstheexperience.com.
IS THE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS?
For groups of 10 or less, we offer Guided Group tours. Full information on these tours can be found HERE. For groups of 10 or more or for additional information, please email info@friendstheexperience.com and a member of our guest services team will be back to you in about 3 business days.
